Hi, I’m Dr Drake. I’m a chiropractor from the UK now working here in Vancouver!
“If you seek health, look first to the spine” (Socrates). This is a quote I heard early on in my chiropractic education and continues to be a strong ethos of mine. After having a keen passion for sport, in particular football and triathlon, throughout my youth I always wanted to be involved in sport whether this was being a participant or acting as team. I was inspired by how athletes performed with such elegance when these individuals are top of their game. I wanted to help normal people also move as well as athletes as after all, movement is life and life is movement. This led me on the path to chiropractic; a profession I am greatly proud of being a part of. While studying for my degree at the AECC university college in England, I continued to successfully compete in triathlon at regional and national events as well as enjoying soccer recreationally. In my downtime I also enjoy being in the outdoors, baking and spending time with my family and friends.
I am very happy to have joined the team at Peakform Wellness after working in the UK for 2 years, to continue to help people from all lifestyles. I am proud to have achieved a 1st class honours in chiropractic. As a chiropractor, I can help a variety of conditions including; lower back pain; joint aches, and sports injuries and many more. During a chiropractic treatment I will use techniques such as spinal manipulative therapies, soft tissue therapies and exercise to improve your body movement and feeling better.
If you would like to book an appointment, please give the reception a call as I would love to help you on your path to a pain free and a better moving body.
